WHAT IS THE SERVICE FEE FOR?
There is a one-time service fee of $9.99 for every digital parking permit registered through our exclusive app and permit web portal. The permit account service fee helps cover the costs associated with managing and maintaining a permit holder’s account.
This fee contributes to various operational activities such as account administration, customer support, record-keeping, and ongoing technology infrastructure. It ensures that the permit account holder receives a range of services and support to effectively manage their parking affairs.
Utah Parking Authority utilizes parking compliance vehicles equipped with License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras. These LPR cameras send reads through our proprietary software to authorize real time parking permissions.
