All vehicle releases must be processed through the UPA Text Help Center. If your vehicle is still in impound or immobilized with a Smartboot®, please text our help center immediately at (801) 377-8200 for Utah County or (801) 505-0005 for Salt Lake County.

A dedicated UPA compliance manager oversees each enforcement action to ensure it complies with all city and state laws. This process includes reviewing evidence such as video footage, time-stamped photos, digital audit logs, property parking contract, and parking signs, while also verifying adherence to the company’s ethical standards. All related documentation is available to customers upon request through the Help Center.​

While UPA does not offer immediate phone support, a customer may request to have a compliance manager return a callback request within two (2) business days.

This is not a substitute for an official dispute of a parking fine, which must got through the official channel of the appeals department. If you would like to appeal a parking fine, please click here.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who may request a call from a UPA Compliance Manager?
A: A verified customer having received an immobilization Smartboot® or having been towed may request phone call. A parent of an adult who has received a parking fine may not appeal or request a manager callback on behalf of the adult child.

Q: When will I receive a callback from a UPA Compliance Manager?
A: A Compliance Manager will return a call within two (2) business days of a verified customer callback request.

Q: Will the Compliance Manager refund or discount my fees?
A: A Compliance Manager is not authorized to refund or discount parking fees. Impounded vehicles are subject to additional daily storage fees. Immobilized vehicles are subject to immediate towing.

Refunds / discounts for extenuating circumstances are at the discretion of the Administrative Review (Appeals) Committee.
