DIGITAL PARKING PERMIT PROGRAM
University Parking Enforcement is happy to announce a fully upgraded digital parking permit program to offer our loyal clientele, along with License Plate Recognition (LPR) and self-releasing boot enforcement. UPE has upgraded our 24-hr VIP Reserved Stall towing program as well. Enforcement methods of Smart Booting and VIP Towing will both be offered under this new virtual parking permit system.
This program allows authorized landlords, tenants, vendors, and guests to apply for and manage parking permits online: www.utahparkpass.com

University Parking Enforcement’s Help Center is staffed around the clock to assist customers in a variety of ways. Agents assist permit holders navigate the software, setup their account, process their permits, and manage their parking enforcement fines.

University Parking Enforcement highly recommends converting your property to our new digital permit system. If you are not able to upgrade your service this fall, you may still order physical sticker permits below until Winter 2024.
